Typically, if we have the quantity and style on hand, we can produce your order within 2 weeks plus shipping time. If we do not have the quantity on hand then it can take up to 3-4 weeks + shipping to produce your customized leather bags. We are committed to quality craftsmanship for your unique gift.

While we cannot imprint a single item with your logo, we do provide free digital mockups of your logo on the item you choose. Additionally, we can provide samples of custom leather gifts upon request, allowing you to review the quality and design before placing a larger order. We require full payment upon confirmation on all orders with and without personalization. Once you are ready to confirm with full payment, our team will provide an invoice that can be paid online via credit card. We also accept payment by wire transfer. We do not accept ACH Payment.

11. What is logo debossing?

Steel Horse Leather offers Blind Logo Debossing (no color added) for corporate orders, which involves indenting the logo into the leather to create a distinguished look. Logo personalization is an option as long as the minimum order quantity is met.

12. Is there a die charge?

Normally companies charge hundreds of dollars extra to make a custom die or stamp for your logo. Here at Steel Horse Leather we believe that all companies big and large should have access to professional custom dies and as a result, we have decided to create custom dies for free with a minimum order of bags.

13. What kind of artwork is required to create a logo die?

To ensure optimum results in the customization process, we require a high-resolution image in .eps, .ai, .pdf or JPEG format with a minimum 500 KB or 2MB. We request that the artwork be in black & white.

14. Where can my logo be imprinted?

This is pretty open and we can work with you to find out what works best. We simply need an unobstructed part of the bag to be able to cleanly press a logo.

15. How do I review a sample before confirming?

If you're considering a large order, we encourage you to order a sample of the item to make sure the product meets your needs. While we do not offer complimentary samples, they are 100% refundable as long as there is no personalization on the sample. Samples can be purchased directly through the website.

Excellent Fountain Pen

This fountain pen is well-made and feels like it will last. The brass is well-finished and machined. It is noteworthy that the cap is not postable. At least it doesn't fit smoothly on the wood handle but hits the threads against the wood. This is fine though because it is a large lightweight pen that fits perfectly in my rather large hands.
The nib was a little scratchy out of the box and a couple of strokes over very fine sandpaper fixed that. It writes relatively smoothly and very consistently. No dry starts nor run-dry by writing too fast. It runs slightly wet but not too wet. It writes slightly bolder than a typical fine point but is perfect for writing/signing. The converter works well and is easy to use. Doesn't leak. Overall a great writing instrument well worth the price. I have only used Noodler's ink so far.
